Itinerary

Day 1: Nairobi - Masai MaraDay 1: Nairobi - Masai Mara

We pick you from the Hotel and drive through the great Riftvalley to the Maasai Mara National Park. You will stop at the Great Riftvalley viewing Point to take photos of the historical escarpment. Masai Mara is part of the Serengeti Vast Plains famously known for its spectacular great Wildbeast Migration and is home to big 5 :Lion, Elephant, Leopard, Buffalo and Rhino. You will have an introductory game drive on this day. This prepares you for the full day game drive the next day.

Day 2: Explore the Endless Plains of Masai MaraExplore the Endless Plains of Masai Mara

After Breakfast, you leave for a full day game drive with packed lunch.
The amazing wildlife experience continues. On the plains are large herds of Herbivores grazing and cheetahs and leopards hiding in their locations. Masai Mara is the heart of Kenyan tourism with large species of mammals, amphibians and reptiles and over 400 birds species recorded on the reserve. Nowhere in Africa is wildlife more abundant, and it is for this reason a visitor hardly misses to see the big five (buffalo, elephant, leopard, lion, and rhino). Your picnic lunch will be at the Mara River migration point.

Day 3:Experience the Wildebeest MigrationExperience the Wildebeest Migration

A gentle early morning wake up to a cappuccino and
freshly baked Maasai honey biscuits placed discreetly by
your butler in the lobby of your tent, prepare to head out
for a full day in the Mara.
Descending down Enkorok Mara’s private road, you will
arrive at the heart of the action as the sun breaks the
horizon, surrounded by more animals than you could
imagine. The vast grasslands dotted with lone desert
date trees are home to abundant herds as well as
Africa’s Big Five – lion, leopard, elephant, black rhino
and buffalo.

Day 4: Masai Mara MeanderingsDay 4: Masai Mara Meanderings

Another full day to explore the historic Masai Mara National Reserve. A full day spent game viewing across the rich, tree studded grassland and rolling hills. The famous Mara is renowned for its great herds, plains, game, black manned lion, leopard and cheetah. It also has numerous elephants and virtually every type of wildlife to be found in Kenya.

Day 5:Up, Up and AwayDay 5:Up, Up and Away

Waking up with a lifetime sunrise game drive with a great chance of spotting predators on a hunt.
You’ll then return to the camp for a late breakfast before packing a picnic lunch and heading back out into the park for a day-long exploration of the Maasai Mara. You may also opt to relax at your lodge in the morning, enjoy lunch on site, and then head out again in the afternoon once the weather has cooled off a bit.

Day 6 : Enjoy the Climax of your stay at Masai MaraDay 6 : Enjoy the Climax of your stay at Masai Mara

Spend a whole day viewing wildlife in Masai Mara Game reserve with morning and afternoon game drives. Have a chance to see the “BIG FIVE”: Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo and Leopard. Wildebeests, Zebras, Cheetahs and Gazelles, other kinds of African wildlife can also be easily spotted. Witness the famous wildebeests (Gnu) and zebra migration from Serengeti (Tanzania) to Maasai Mara (Kenya) between July and September; this movement is one of world wonders. Masai Mara being the stomping ground of the Great Migration, a massive accumulation of 1.5 million wildebeest, 200,000 zebras and 350,000 gazelles stretching their legs over 1,200 miles in an annual race to find enough water and green grass for their survival. More afternoon game drives at this jewel park of Kenya.

Day 7 : Farewell and Kwaheri to Masai MaraDay 7 : Farewell and Kwaheri to Masai Mara

As this is your final day, you wouldn’t want to
miss the sun rise from the foot of your bed.
For one last game drive down into the Mara
, leave camp as early as possible in order
to be back in time for breakfast.
After a delicious breakfast, slowly begin to ready
yourself for your departure. And please don’t
forget to enter your best photographs into the
Greatest Maasai Mara Photographer of the Year
competition.

Day 8 : Masai Mara - AmboseliDay 8 : Masai Mara - Amboseli

After breakfas, we leave for the spectacular Amboseli National Reserve. You will arrive at Amboseli National Park and do a late evening game drive if time allows. Crowned by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa’s highest peak, the Amboseli

National Parks is one of Kenya’s most popular parks. The name “Amboseli” comes from a Maasai word meaning “salty dust”, and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants up close.
Nature lovers can explore five different habitats here ranging from the dried-up bed of Lake Amboseli, wetlands with sulphur springs, the savannah and woodlands. They can also visit the local Maasai community who live around the park and experience their authentic culture.

Day 9 : Amboseli Wilderness ExperienceDay 9 : Amboseli Wilderness Experience

Amboseli is also known for one of the biggest Tuskers alive in the World-Biggest Elephants in the World!
You leave camp in the morning with packed lunch for the full day game drive where you will spend time in the park in search of its popular residents like the well-known predators and their opponents like the zebra, Giraffe, Hippo and big Elephants with a view of Mt Kilimanjaro.

Day 10 : Amboseli -NairobiDay 10 : Amboseli -Nairobi

Early morning game drive in search of animals killing and eating. Later come back to the lodge for breakfast then check out of the camp. You leave for Nairobi with picnic lunch en-route to Nairobi. In Nairobi you will be dropped at your
place of choice.
